The following case studies showcase our programs in action serving a global set of clients and tackling a broad range of impact focused goals
For the past 10 years, our founders have helped young people launch startups, and become budding entrepreneurs with business concepts, multi-disciplinary teams, and a focused pathway to changing the world. We’ve designed and run a number of accelerators, and incubators across many themes including energy, water, food security, transportation, and more.
In 2019 we were commissioned by a European fund to build a world class virtual green energy focused incubator in Cairo to help turn youth with great business ideas into investment ready startups. The client sought to identify top early stage green energy startups and invite them to an eight week training and learning program, and then fund the most promising startups.
Leveraging our founders’ global network and experience designing action-based education programs, we built and executed an eight-week program that received 250+ applications, where the top 15 early stage green energy startups were shortlisted through a proprietary screening and selection process. The program brought more than 40 regional experts to mentor and coach entrepreneurs, “graduated” more than 60 entrepreneurs, and helped raise more than $1m of early stage financing.

Our entrepreneurship programs are best-in-class and focus on helping young people launch and scale entrepreneurial ventures that solve human challenges. We assist governments, development agencies, and the private sector to engage and inspire youth to use entrepreneurship as a force for good, going from job seekers to job creators.
In early 2019, we began a dialogue with a number of local and international organizations seeking to help Jordanian fintech startups increase access to banking services, create new digital payment solutions, and build greater financial inclusion. The organizations wished to support at least 15 startups and equip them with the skills and knowledge to bring their ideas to market while deploying investment funds into innovative local startups.
In partnership with global and local private sector and development agencies, we built a 12 week accelerator program, launched a nationwide call for applications that yielded 150+ companies, and created the nation’s first Fintech Roadshow. We also created a funnel leveraging the local community of entrepreneurs and experts to shortlist top entrepreneurs, train them, and provide logistical and financial support to 15 of the best companies.

Our youth-centered events take the form of festivals, conferences, workshops, hackathons, and combinations thereof. We design bespoke programs for government and private sector customers around the world that engage their youth in unique ways, leading to tangible outcomes and real commitments.
In late 2017, we were hired by an emerging market financial institution to create an engaging forum to connect with youth. The bank sought to use the event as a launching pad for a number of new youth-focused financial products, to connect with that market segment more directly, and to promote a number of its educational and CSR campaigns aimed at youth.
After a 3-month evaluation period of the local Beirut ecosystem, we designed and launched the Changemaker Festival in September of 2018. The festival brought together more than 5,000 youth and held 30+ workshops, panels, and educational sessions. The festival also gave away $300,000 of prizes across multiple disciplines (painting, photography, entrepreneurship), educational workshops, and entertainment (food, sports, music, etc.).

In our conversations with heads of state and corporate leaders around the world, we all see the lack of recognition afforded to individuals using their influence and wealth to make a positive contribution to their customer and community. An integral part of the entrepreneurship process involves highlighting success stories and providing young people with opportunities for inspiration. Our awards ceremonies, demo days, startup gala dinners, and other events inspire millions.
In mid 2018, a major emerging market head of state assigned us the difficult task of unifying the business community and public sector under a common cause while encouraging entrepreneurs and business leaders to start thinking more carefully about social impact and CSR.
The Lebanon Impact Awards were held at the Grand Serail in Beirut and drew more than 300 top business, government, arts, sports, and academic leaders. The event was covered by more than 30 Lebanese and regional media outlets, and nominated more than 20 leading Lebanese citizens using their wealth and influence to make a difference
